When Wonko comes into play, put 12 Force counters on Wonko. At the beginning 
of your upkeep, put 4 Force counters on Wonko.
Remove 3 Force counter from Wonko: Look at target player's hand.
Remove 10 Force counters from Wonko: Gain control of target artifact with 
casting cost of 6 or less.
Remove 17 Force Counters from Wonko: Play a spell of your choice from target 
player's hand with that player's untapped lands.

-All I can say is Google. It took me forever to find this one - for Windows 
- they're a little thin on the ground these days, which seems odd, as you'd 
thing WotC would be working theirs nonstop to make so bloody many
