Append the following to rule 154:
{{
B.9. Karma
Each Player has a dimension named Karma. Karma must be an integer. Karma
defaults to 0.

[[ I welcome suggestions on what to put in these sections: ]]

A Player's Karma increases when:
* E Kicks someone in the Ass
* E gives more than ten points to any player
* E finishes Mentoring a Newbie, and said Newbie has a positive number of
points

A Player's Karma decreases when
* E attempts to Kick someone in the Ass but the Administrator overrules the
Kick
* E gets kicked in the Ass.
* E fails to rule on a CFI.

}}

Replace the second paragraph of rule 942 with:
{{
When a player becomes a priest, this attribute is set to 0. Priests of Apophis
may increase their Destruction by decreasing one of eir Nice Dimensions by an
integral number of points provided that Dimension's final value is positive.
Nice Dimensions are currently Activity, Charm, Respect, Score, Karma, and
Style. The Priest's Destruction then goes up by one point for each point the
Score was decreased, and five points for each point any other Dimension was
decreased.
}}

Create the following rule:
{{
__Ohhhhmmmmmm...__
There exists a philosophy named Zen. All players with a philosophy of Zen,
henceforth called Zen players, have an attribute called Karma tally. When a
Zen player gives points to another player, eir Karma tally decreases by the
number of points e gave.When a Zen player receives points, but is not given
them by another player, eir Karma tally increases by the number of points e
gained.

When a Zen player's Karma tally is less than or equal to -10, eir karma tally
increases by 10 and eir Karma increases by one. This may be repeated until it
is no longer applicable.

When a Zen player's Karma tally is greater than or equal to 10, eir karma
tally decreases by 10 and eir Karma decreases by one.

A Zen player with negative karma must ABSTAIN on at least the absolute value
of eir karma proposals. If the absolute value of eir karma is greater than
the number of proposals, e must abstain from all proposals.

A Zen player with positive karma receives a number of extra votes equal to the
maximum of 5 and eir karma divided by 5, rounded down.

If a Zen player does not use any of eir extra votes, eir Karma tally increases
by 2.

A Zen player also receives one extra NO vote on any proposal that creates a
carryable object.

At the end of each nweek, a Zen player's karma tally decreases by the number
of carryable objects (excluding Gnomes), plus the number of unbagged gnomes e
carries, plus the number of bagged gnomes e carries.
