I would vote for some of these, but not for others. The others make me say no. Split them up more. 


5. Repeal Rule 1070 [[__Nomvivor__]].  [[We haven't done this since I
   joined.]]


I think that a 'reminder to vote for nomvivor' should be in the ballots.


7. Repeal Rule 901 [[__The IOB__]].  [[Nah.  It's like the Electoral
   College, only more forthright.]]


I don't understand your point, but I'll vote yes.

Things I left out, others covered or there's nothing to cover.
