I was hoping it would never come to this - but as long as we're going to have multiple, probably divergent threads of reality, we might as well make 'em REALLY interesting. In the thread where Orc failed to take over the game, I join the game, under the name "The Administrator". This will be important in a bit. New rules: These rules may, or may not, actually exist: "Glotmorf Rules!" is 1219/0, 1219/1 (alleged repeal/deactivation) "This Foolishness Must End!" is 1220/0, 1220/1. "The Overlord" is 1229/0. (This one is just amusing enough to keep around.) CFIs a'plenty! ... Orc rules FALSE on 1205. (appellate judge) Orc rules REFUSED on 1152. Orc rules FALSE on 1153. Orc rules FALSE on 1154. Orc rules TRUE on 1165. BvS rules TRUE on 1205. (appellate judge)bd rules TRUE on 1205 (appellate judge) (this is where it all goes to Hell)New CFIs: 1218 is assigned to Athena (the "OrcTech points scam," which Orc has already abandoned). E is encouraged to rule REFUSED on grounds of irrelevancy. Orc's CFIs (1-4) are 1225-1228, assigned by me (as Administrator, job title) to The Administrator (me, as a player). (In the thread where Orc is the Admin, well, that's even more confusing than this option.) 1225 is FALSE. BvS was named as appellate judge for that CFI *before* e was recused from a previous CFI. 1226 is FALSE. I've wanted the rules to clarify that point for a LONG time. I believe that's how it should work, but it's not. 1227 is FALSE. Game precedent. The ruling of a CFI is, and should be, a statement of how things are supposed to happen. If CFIs have no authority, what's the bloody point? 1228 is FALSE. See previous CFI. This is Nomic; common sense takes leave here. bd's CFI is 1230. I assign it to myself, and rule TRUE. This CFI asserts its own legitimacy. BvS' CFI is 1232, assigned to me, ruled FALSE. Quoting Dumbledore won't save you this time, Baron. Other stuff: Orc is credited 6 points for eir duties as Curator. (wheee!) Orc creates a society, titled "Orc's Exploits of Props E Voted Against". (Charter 1213) Props: "Speed Limit" is 1211/0. "Less is Less" is 1212/0. "Races" is 1214/0. "Lots o' Stuff" is 1215/0, 1215/1. "Let's get them working right" is 1216/0, 1216/1. "Number guessing" is 1206/1. "International Currencies" is 1217/0. (I have no idea what this means.) "More Raw Materials" is 1208/1. "Automation" is 1209/1. "Disrespect bd" is 1221/0. "Disrespect Glotmorf" is 1222/0. "Disrespect the Baron" is 1223/0. "Never Again" is 1224/0. "Rewiring the Justice System, Take 2" is 1231/0. Glotmorf attempts to forfeit, but fails, as e never actually used the word"forfeit" and I'm hoping e'll calm down at some point. (It's just a game. :)I issue another one-day Writ of Delay so that some vague semblance of sanity may perhaps be restored (and while the Clock is Off, I don't think Glotmorf can legally forfeit. :) I forfeit (in the thread where I was forced to join as a player). I beat my head against the wall. ...dave (the Deposed King) -- David E. Smith dave@[technopagan.org|bureau42.com|whatisay.com] BLAAAAAAAAAAA!
