-Ya'll keep saying it isn't legal, but I have yet to be convinced. Seems to 
me that you're making a lot of noise about it to cover up your own 
activites, which are marginal at best, Orc. Also, you're all making a hell 
of a noise about this. Dammit, no one did anything with the powers in GR! 
until we were provoked to do so. So what's the fucking big deal? Has anyone 
else noticed that it's nday 5 and there's only one item on the ballot that 
isn't there because of shelving? Let's move on, shall we?-
