I don't care, as either it is true and Glotmorf never got power, as the rule 
e made never let him (if e even made the rule).  And if it is false, I am 
now administrator and fixed it.

Bah.  I've fixed it.  Now I want to give up my mantle of power.  But dangit, 
then anyone else can pick it up...  I better hang onto this.

I got to go now.  In keeping with custom, the administrator will issue a 
recognizer *later*.
