There are two potential problems with this, as with the suggestion for Iain.

One is that this may qualify as a pseudocode action, thus justifying a kick in the ass for each actor.

The other is that this has to be remembered by the Administrator each nweek. If he doesn't remember it, that means I do, and have to remind him of it. That's more work than I want to do. I would prefer the regular transfer be part of an official document, such as was formerly the case for M-Tek.

No. Baron is in the game, so either he can issue reminders or he can just do it manually, which makes a lot more sense. And if people are wanting to survive while On Leave, thats what my Lurking prop is for. As for still having dues, we could have an optional system where people could have states 'paying' and 'not paying', but if people forget it would be a pain. If people want to pay, a simple statement once an nweek should suffice. And if they are not actively participating enough to be able to make a statement once an nweek, then it doesn't seem right that they still do stuff like that.
