The Ordinance that reads 'Fnord Fnord Fnord Fnord' was one of the initial
ones, which I included because at the time the only way of changing
Ordinances was to alter existing ones. The original text of Ordinance 4, by
the way, was also one of those Ordinances - it read, "Pi is the ratio of the
circuference of a circle to its diameter".

Recordskeeping would probably best be implemented by a mailing list; I
certainly don't have the time, or the skill, to make a database like Dave's
record system.

But I also don't have a mailing list, and am unsure about how to get one.

BTW, the other reference to 'Fnord' in the ruleset actually is a typo on my
part - I stupidly forgot that while the first Ordinance change I made took
effect immediately, the second would be influenced by the first. I should
have a 'pending changes' site up soon, and the 'Fnord' bit will be part of
that.
