Dave said something about repealing everything that people never use.

Well, I just read through the ruleset, and made a list of everything that,
IMHO seems useless/never used/used badly. So, straw poll time - Who would be
opposed to the repealing of the following:

* The second paragraph of Rule 2?
* 1/2 proposals ('cause you can do the same thing with a 2-part A La Carte)?
* The List of Misbehaving Judges?
* The Window Gremlins?
* The AAAHHH! Gremlin?
* The Player-Wannabe Gremlin?
* The PIG?
* The Pink Scarf?
* The Immunity Idol?
* Genders?
* Siren Bait?
* The Yeti (and Frozen Squares)?
* Ancient Monoliths?
* Toads?
* Big Sticks?
* The Shield?
* Balls of Wax?
* Athames?
* The Sledge-O-Matic?
* Piles of Kindling?
* Towels?
* Buttplates?
* Football?
* The Upper House?
* Brooks?
* Cinquains?
* Gnome Replication (the Beer Can type)?
* Yoyo, Weather, or Sheep Gnomes?
* Death?
* Shears?
* Cotton Swabs?
* Insta-Rules?
* Judgment Props?
* Mentorship? (I've never seen a mentor *do* anything except get paid!)
* The Casino?
* Offers?
* The LOSA?
* Bondage?
* Engravings?
* Unbridled Hostility?


Note - not all of these are unused, but some of them are only used because
we have no choice (like the Immunity Idol and the LMJ), and nobody seems to
actually like them.
