-Well, I'm leaning more towards making the costs come at the using end. For 
example, pointwise a PGGB is free, or rather a gold mine, but the negative 
effects are such that only bd and I have even atempted to get one.-

-I think I said that I'd change "1-42: nothing happens" to "1-42: nothing
