Common misconception, since the game has its own scope, and therefore it is only that which the game interacts with directly which can be considered public; just because it's accessible to the world doesn't mean it's accessible to the B Nomic public. As far as the game is concerned, Kyrghyzstan (http://www.domain.kg) doesn't exist. Never mind its impact on the rest of the world.
