I've already won (A Nomic) and I don't plan to win again unless there's
something sufficiently clever to do. But I might as well not make it
blatantly easy for other people to win. In fact, making Winning a more
difficult ordeal is my goal with such proposals as the 200-point speed
limit.

The main problem with _this_ rule, though, is that it works so slowly
that people would catch on, and thus there would be a mad rush to bid at
the Casino before the Gremlin Fund runs out, resulting in nobody really
getting anywhere and the Administrator getting spammed.
