spoon-discuss: Refresh Fix?

Say, would it work if I replaced this:

"Create the following rule:
{{
__Dead Time__ {*(uncategorize), 10}

No proposals may be submitted or voted on. This rule supercedes all other
rules. At the end of each nweek, this rule repeals itself.
}}"

with this:

"Advance the Clock as if it were 00:00:00 UTC and the Clock were on. Repeat
this process until the Clock displays nweek 18."

Then, we run through the last few days of the nweek all at once - the number
of ndays doesn't change, just the length of the ndays.
