We should hold a new Grid Minister Election, as we don't have one, but I see
no reason to hold another election for your position - it'll take time and
effort to run the election, and you'll just be elected anyway.

As for the points, I think perhaps you shouldn't be paid for the Insta-Rules
destroyed/created by the win, as that essentially means you're starting out
at least 4 points ahead, but you should get paid for the others.

Besides, I'm being just as hypocratic - I get a free gnome at the end of the
nweek :)
