The rule in question states that fora are anything the players communicate by; but the admin must designate fora public or private (otherwise we'd have all sorts of problems - if I bumped into another player when I had the sushi, and talked to them, I'd have to sushi everything I said before I 'posted' any of it. -- Wonko
