In this case, if a player is not a Color Commentator, he satisfies the requirement, whether or not he's a Football player; if he's not a Football player, he satisfies the requirement, whether or not he's a Color Commentator. You want him to be both not a Football player "and" not a Color Commentator. Glotmorf
