Notwithstanding the issue of whether you can propose these now or not, the Swarm Gremlins won't work unless you find a way to specify a unique Gremlin name for each one. 'All Gremlins must have unique names, in the form of "the **** Gremlin", where **** is a string of at least 1 alphanumeric character.'
