I've already seen a couple of "last-day proosals" which pay little or no
heed to the fact that today is not, in fact, the last day of this nweek in
which proosals may be submitted.

It's still nday 6; proosals are accepted through the end of nday 7. (For
me, that's Saturday evening. Adjust for your timezone, of course.)

The batch of 50 emails to which I woke up this morning, shall be processed
sometime this evening. Maybe early, maybe late, I don't know, but sometime
this evening. (Or maybe technically tomorrow morning. They all blend
together after a while.)
