spoon-discuss: The Token of Proposals

The Bandwidth Gremlin's text states that the Token is given to the player
who received the most YEA votes, not the most affirmative votes. Since I was
the only one who voted YEA for anything, and I only voted YEA on my own
proposals, I think the Token actually should go to me. :)

That was why I sent my votes privately. ;)
