Anything is abusable, but in this case I think the the task which falls
to the player with the highest score is the task of randomly selecting a
judge _from the eligable players_, and the player who submited a CFJ is
inelegible to be selected to judge it. Or at least that would be my
analysis, where I called to Judge a CFJ.
