Counting votes is a bit tedious, because I haven't found a clever way to automate it yet, but proposals are basically cut'n'paste (and adding a bit of HTML so they don't look wretched). Actually, I just might have something for the voting thing... In one of my other hats, I'm a Usenet Volunteer Votetaker. The UVV software was mainly designed for lots of voters, but only one or two issues per ballot; I might have a go at it, to see how well it would work the other way round. ...dave ---- David E.
