But if the votes were not submitted to the forum, they wouldn't be known, so there would be something to hide. So, because they're made public, the voter failed to keep them secret, but they never were secret, so he didn't reveal them. Hmmm....

Of course, if the last sentence applies only to the administrator, there isn't any problem.
