spoon-discuss: The ruleset of Randallers Anonymous

The Ruleset of Randallers Anonymous allows me to announce the ruleset of
Randallers Anonymous.  So here it is.

1.  Any Player may join Randallers Anonymous, and any Member may leave at
any time.

2.  Each member of Randallers Anonymous is hereby required to Randal at
least once per nweek.  Under no circumstances, however will any member be
required to present proof of eir randalling.  Failure to Randal will
result in expulsion from the Party

3.  One Member is the Administrator.  If there are ever no Members, the
first member to join becomes the Admin.  The Admin is responsible for
maintaining the Party Rules and Membership List, and shall distribute any
changes in these to the Members.

4.  Party Members may propose changes to the Party Rule by sending their
proposals to the Administrator.  The Admin shall, upon recipt of a
proposed change to the Party rules, distribute the change to the Members.
If, within the period of one nweek of the distribution of the proposal,
more than half of the members have indicated their support of the proposal
to the Admin, e shall make the change to the Party Rules described in the
proposal.

5.  The Admin may publish the current Party Rules at any time.
