Yeah, that's why whenever I propose several rules that rely on each other I
always put them in the one proposal. Actually I think the only possible
problem this time is Poulenc's Extra Votes proposal which relies on the Bank
proposal. Any of the others can stand on their own, but just make more sense
with the othes.
