You can't do that. At 14:51:55 UTC today I recinded that proposal. "The
recognition of a rescinded action by any Officer is prohibited." is part
of the Rule created by your own passed proposal (P311). I don't know the
new Rule number as it isn't on the web site yet. I suggest you recind
your recognition ;-)
