Woah! Let's not get into this! My proposal was meant to be a light hearted
one. And it's not about state sponsored religion anyway. I just like the
idea of people trying to sneak stuff into the rules without others noticing.
This was just a nice way of wrapping it all up.

Zagarna, thanks for your comments. I'll have a look at putting a time limit
in. It never occured to me that someone could do it without realising. How
do I modify a proposal? Do I just submit a modification, or withdraw the
proposal and submit a new one?
