I submit the following Proposal: __Unbreak Societies__:

In Rule 578, "Societies", add the following paragraph at the end of
Section V (Charters):

A member of a Society can cause it to change its Charter as specified
by its Charter.

A member of a Society can submit a Change Request, a document
outlining changes to the Society's charter.  Such a submission
triggers the start of a Short-Circuited poll with a duration of 3
ndays, the eligible voters on which are the members of the Society. If
the poll has Passed, the Charter is changed as outlined in the Change
Request, subject to any restrictions in the Charter and the consent of
the Society's Minister.
