Noting the above as relevant to the discussion and something the Judge
should consider, I nonetheless CFI: "The phrases {{with the Consent of
B}} and {{with 1 the Consent of B}} are synonymous."

Arguments: Per rule 74, "N is 1 if not otherwise specified." See also:
