CFI 114 has not been answered and Judge Rule -9999 [[formerly 0x44]] is recused.
I assign CFI 112 ("Rule 10 is a Rule") to Judge Gitchel.
I assign CFI 114 ("This Nomic is non-existant.") to Judge Rule 700 [[formerly teucer]].
