[s-b] Contest: Gunfight at the B Corral

I agree to the following contract:

This contract is a contest named Gunfight at the B Corral. Parties to
this contract who are not the contestmaster are known as
"Gunslingers." Any player can flip the contestmaster of this contest
to teucer by announcement. Any gunslinger can, with the consent of the
contestmaster and Bn consent among the Gunslingers, amend the text of
this contract.

No player can join this contract if e has been a party to it within
the past fifteen days.

Guns are an object defined within the scope of this contest. Any Gun
not owned by a gunslinger is automatically destroyed. When a player
becomes a Gunslinger, a Gun is created in that player's possession.
The contestmaster of this contract CAN create guns in the possession
of players, but SHALL NOT do so except as specified by this contract.

Gunslingers CAN purchase Guns for points by announcement or by private
e-mail to the contestmaster. When a Gunslinger announces that e is
purchasing a Pistol, the contestmaster SHALL within three days revoke
two points from that player and create a Gun in that player's
possession.

Once per week, each Gunslinger SHALL take one and only one of the
following actions for each Gun e possesses, any of which can be done
by announcement and the first three of which may also be done by
private message to the contestmaster:

1. Aim and Fire: A Gunslinger who Aims and Fires must specify another
Gunslinger as eir Target. A Gun used to Aim and Fire is destroyed at
the end of the week.
2. Fire Aimlessly: A Gunslinger who Fires Aimlessly will have a Target
chosen for em at random from among the set of other Gunslingers by the
contestmaster.
3. Hoot and Holler: A Gunslinger who Hoots and Hollers does not have a
Target for that week, and SHALL NOT also Goad another Gunslinger
regardless of how many Guns e has.
4. Goad: a Gunslinger may only Goad by announcement, and must specify
another Gunslinger when Goading. The Gunslinger doing the Goading
becomes the Target of the Goaded Gunslinger, items above
notwithstanding.

At the end of each week, the contestmaster SHALL announce the actions
taken by each Gunslinger, after which e SHALL revoke one point from
each Gunslinger who did not Hoot and Holler for each Gunslinger who
Targetted em, and two points from each Gunslinger who Hooted and
Hollered but was not Targetted by any Gunslinger. If the number of
points that would thus be revoked is larger than is permitted by the
rules of B Nomic, e SHALL instead revoke no points. E SHALL then award
an equal number of points to each Gunslinger who was not Targetted by
any other Gunslinger or who Hooted, Hollered, and was Targetted by
anther Gunslinger, such that the total number of points awarded is as
large as is permitted by the rules of B Nomic.

Any Gunslinger from whom points are to be revoked who does not have
enough points ceases to be a party to this contract.
