Proto-Proposal:  Avoid rehashing old problems

Amend Rule 8 (Comments) by replacing this text:

      within doubled square brackets ("[[" and "]]")

with this text:

      between double open square brackets ("[["] and the next
      double close square brackets ("]]")

Amend Rule 106 (Players) by replacing this text:

      is capable of passing the Turing Test,

with this text:

      is capable of communicating in English,

Amend Rule 107 (Forfeit) by replacing this text:

      No restrictions may be placed on when a Player may forfeit.

with this text:

      No restrictions may be placed on a Player doing so.
