Proto-Proposal:  Spelling and grammar

Amend Rule 3 (Days and Nweeks) by replacing "know as a nweek"
with "known as a nweek".

Amend Rule 4 (Versions and Revision Numbers) by replacing
"revisiable" with "revisable", and by replacing "differientiate"
with "differentiate".

Amend Rule 5 (Serial Numbers) by replacing "intrerpolated"
with "interpolated".

Amend Rule 9 (Randomness and Dice) by replacing "baring" with
"barring", and by replacing "a unavailable" with "an unavailable".

Amend Rule 102 (Rules and the Ruleset) by replacing "revisiable"
with "revisable".

Amend Rule 104 (Self-Reference and Self-Application in Rules)
by replacing "premissible" with "permissible".

Amend Rule 111 (Nweekly Voting) by replacing "a nweek's" with
"an nweek's".

Amend Rule 114 (Orders) by replacing "known a the recipient,"
with "known as the recipient,".

Amend Rule 121 (Score) by replacing "posession" with "possession".

Amend Rule 203 (The Roster) by replacing "adress," with "address,".

Amend Rule 213 (Administrative Orders) by replacing "the the" with
"the".

Amend Rule 237 (Judgments) by replacing "germain" with "germane",
and by replacing "Plantiff's" with "Plaintiff's", and by removing
the letter E from each instance of "Judgement" (case-insensitive).
