I submit and intend to activate the following Tweak:

Remove the last paragraph from rule 5E10.

All proposals that passed since the start of Era 5 were hereby passed  
in the order they were submitted, where this ordering applies  
retroactively.

Add the paragraph that was the last paragraph of rule 5E10 before it  
was removed earlier this tweak to the end of rule 5E10

Destroy all Decisions that were not created this nweek.

Remove "Unless specified otherwise in another Rule, Decisions  
submitted simultaneously are destroyed post-Resolving." from rule 5E32.

Add these two paragraphs to the end of rule 5E32:

Decisions with the same Deadline are Resolved in the order that they  
were submitted.

Unless specified otherwise in another rule, Decisions are destroyed  
after they are Resolved.
