[s-b] !

I started writing one sentence here, but ended up writing another:

"Unless specified otherwise in another Rule, Decisions submitted simultaneously are destroyed post-Resolving."

So keep in mind:

- PROPOSALS HAVE UNDEFINED RESOLVING ORDER! I recommend going over last nweek's proposals, because if two proposals passed, they did it simultaneously ... ouch... :\

- We have Proposals floating around from _last nweek..._ thus this week's ballot was invalid, thankfully they'll fail due to quorum, but we need to tweak them out of existence.

I submit and intend to activate the following Tweak:

{{

Remove "No rule, game document, or game action may require or force any retroactive changes to the game state." from rule 5E10.

All proposals passed since the start of Era 5 passed in the order they were submitted, retroactively.

Add the paragraph "No rule, game document, or game action may require or force any retroactive changes to the game state." to the end of rule 5E10.

Destroy all Decisions that were not created this nweek.

Remove "Unless specified otherwise in another Rule, Decisions submitted simultaneously are destroyed post-Resolving." from rule 5E32.

Add these two paragraphs to the end of rule 5E32:

{

Decisions with the same Deadline are Resolved in the order that they were submitted.

Unless specified otherwise in another rule, Decisions are destroyed after they are Resolved.

}

}}
