I submit the following Tweak:

In Rule 5E50, replace the string:
{{The Operantly Conditioned Beast (aka The Beast or The OCB) is an Outsider
and a Player whose name is Fred.}}
by:
{{The Operantly Conditioned Beast (aka The Beast or The OCB) is an Outsider
and a Player whose name is Fred, notwithstanding any other Rules that would
prevent the OCB from being an Outsider or Player.}}
}

I submit the following Tweak:

In Rule 5E0, replace the string:
{{Points of Order which are game documents}}
by:
{{Points of Order which are documents}}

[[this lets us insulate 5E0 while reverting to plain language definition of
document. Also note that this Tweak will have no effect even if activated
unless Prop. 585 passes]]
}

I intend to Activate both of the above Tweaks, without Objection.
