[s-b] Busy Grid Bits

The attached image is a partial PD for Minister of Grid and Minister
of Warfare, representing in black or red the location, health, and
weapons with their uses of all squared Players in the area depicted.
Black and red letters represent players and their things; cyan letters
are for others' reference and represent the range of those weapons.
Each line has a player's initial, then their health, then for any
weapons they have a letter representing the type (p for pencil, R for
rapier) and a number representing the uses the weapon has left. The
first player listed in any colored square is the Tracker of that
color.

Marr965 is not shown, being out of the range of this image, but is at
(101,103) with a pencil with ten uses remaining.

I request that nobody use either the cyan or the two browns used in
this display, as it would be a pain to update.
