I submit the following Tweak, and intend without objection to activate it:

[Avoid the possibility of spending m30 then colonizing multiple
squares, or even colonizing squares without spending any macks (whilst
violating the laws) depending on your interpretation.]
Amend Rule 5E48 (The Grid) by replacing:

A Resident of an Uncoloured Square can set its Colour with the
unanimous consent of all Residents, as long as there are at least 2
residents. All residents must destroy m30 before this happens.

with:

A Resident of an Uncoloured Square can set its Colour with the
unanimous consent of all Residents, as long as there are at least 2
residents, and each resident has destroyed m30 for the explicit
purpose of setting that Square's Colour more recently than the last
time (if any) the Square had a Colour.

Amend Rule 5E48 by replacing "and they revert" with "and revert". [grammar]
