[s-b] Minsky, Inc: the public-access contract-programmable counter machine!

I submit and agree to the following contract:

This Contract is the Articles of Incorporation for Minsky, Inc.
Minsky, Inc. is a party to this Contract. Any player may become a
party to this Contract, and any player may leave this Contract at any
time. Officers of Minsky, Inc. are those parties to this contract
which are also players. If at any time there are no officers of
Minsky, Inc., then this Contract destroys itself and Minsky, Inc.
ceases to exist.

Minsky, Inc. may take no game actions except for joining Contracts and
performing game actions required of it by Contracts to which it is a
party (potentially including this one).

For the purposes of this contract, the following two types of Things exist:

A. Registers. Each Register is considered to be possessed by Minsky, Inc.

B. Tallies. Tallies are Things which may be possessed by Registers or
by Minsky, Inc. and may not be possessed by any other entity. As a
game action, Minsky, Inc. may (if not prohibited from doing so by any
part of this Contract) create or destroy any specified number of
Tallies; to do so, it must specify the exact number being created or
destroyed as well as which Register possesses each Tally affected. It
may also simultaneously destroy all Tallies possessed by a specified
register without reference to the number contained therein.

At the beginning of every nweek, Minsky, Inc. must destroy all Tallies
possessed by all Registers.

There are one hundred twenty-eight unique Registers, each of which has
a unique number N associated with it and may be referred to by number
through the phrase "Register N" or similar. The numbers of the
registers are the integers from zero through one hundred twenty-seven.
