With support and without objection I intend to append to OCB LLC:

Before the start of the Voting Period, a Legal Entity may transfer 20 or 
more macks to the Beast, who will vote the specified way on the 
specified Proposal at the start of the Voting Period. If the Beast 
already intended to vote on the specified Proposal, the Legal Entity 
must transfer at least 20 macks more than the transfer that caused that 
intention.
