Supposing myself to be now a member of those Corporations,
I vote AGAINST the motions "Install Charles as CEO." and "Authorize the CEO
to amend the contract however he wants." in both Brick Red Corporation and
Baby Blue Corporation.

If a certain Consultation goes my way, I do have the proper Socks, and until
proven otherwise, I will assume it to be true.
