[s-b] Brick Red/Baby Blue Dividends

I post the following motions in Brick Red and Baby Blue Corporations:

"Dividend: Distribute all macks evenly among the XXX sockholders."

"Install Charles as CEO."

I vote FOR both motions in both corporations.

Unfortunately, I have to wait 2 rdays to resolve these.
