Motions have been submitted, voted on favorably, and by now resolved via 
scheduled game action to install me as CEO of the Blue and Burgundy Sock 
Corporations.

4e79: "An Officer can, unless otherwise specified in the Articles of 
Incorporation, act on behalf of a Corporation by sending a message to 
the Public Forum explicitly stating that the Actions described in the 
message are being performed by the Corporation."

Some contracts in the public display contain provisions to limit the 
power of their officers.

These two do not.
