I know I've been submitting an awful lot, compared to everyone else, and
that is probably why you forgot my first proposal. I vote FOR on this one
too. I'm sure I need not request it be added to the ballot. (And by the way,
Billy P. made it Black the day I proposed it, Aug. 16)
