I submit the following Proposal, entitled "Remove the Beast":

The Beast ceases to be a Player, a COO, a DOO, a Potential Sockholder, a
Legal Entity, a Party to any Contract, and a Game Object.

Destroy all Tricks.

In Rule 4E75 (Rule Powers and Precedence), remove the text: "Non-Trick".

Repeal Rule 4E71 (Operant Conditioning).
