[s-b] Proposal: Remove Field Matches

I submit the following Proposal, entitled "Remove Field Matches":

End any current Field Match.

Destroy all Field Matches and any Game Objects that exist solely because of
Field Matches.

Depose the Minister of Play.

Dissolve the Ministry of Play.

In the "Victory Conditions" Game Document, remove the text that reads:

 Win by Field Match

Trigger: The Current Field Match ends, declaring one or more winners.

Victor: The winners declared by that Field Match.

Cleanup: None

Trophy: Specified by the Field Match that ended and caused this condition to
trigger.

Repeal Rules 4E57 (The Field) and 4E58 (Field Matches).
