[s-b] Proposal: Remove DNA

I submit the following Proposal, entitled "Remove DNA":

In Rule 4E21 (Objecting), remove the following sentence: "Neither may a
Player object to an action that another Player who is currently his Twin
attempted to perform."

In Rule 4E48 (Usurping Ministries), remove the following text: " or the
current Minister (if any) is their twin".

Repeal Rule 4E61 (DNA and Twins).

In Rule 4E74 (RPG), remove the following text: "A Player may not perform any
action that directly causes the Hit Points of another Player who is
currently his Twin to be reduced."

In Rule 4E15 (Proposals), remove the following text: "He may not specify a
Conflict with a Proposal whose Author is currently his Twin."

In Rule 4E15 (Proposals), remove the following text: "Voting AGAINST a
Proposal whose Author is currently one's Twin constitutes a Felony known as
Blood Betrayal, for which both the minimum and maximum punishment is a fine
of m100. Committing Blood Betrayal multiple times in a given nweek cannot
result in more than a single punishment."

In Rule 4E18 (Judgment), remove the following text: "A Player may not Claim
an answer submitted by a Priest who is currently his Twin to be
Inconsistent."

Destroy the Blueprint named "Michael Crichton's Prey" and any Devices named
"NanoSwarm".

Remove the Power named "Subtle Replication" from the Blueprint named
"Necronomicon" and from any Devices named "Mojo Extractor".
