[s-b] Proposal: Piece the Corporate Veil

Add to Rule 4E79: Incorporation,

{

If a player found Guilty of an Offense is unable to fulfill the 
obligations of its Punishment, and that player is an Officer of a 
Corporation, then that Corporation's Game Objects shall be used toward 
fulfilling those obligations. If that player is an Officer of more than 
one Corporation, the player shall choose the order in which those 
Corporations surrender their Game Objects.

If a Corporation takes an action that would be considered a Criminal 
Offense if taken by a Player, that Corporation shall be treated as a 
Player by the Oracle, Judge and Jury for duration of all Consultations 
naming that Corporation as an Offender, during which period the 
Corporation may not take any game actions or modify its list of Parties.

If a Corporation is Punished for a Misdemeanor, its obligations are 
distributed by default equally among its Officers, unless a different 
but full division of obligation is defined in the Corporation's Articles 
of Incorporation. If a Corporation is Punished for a Felony, each 
Officer of that Corporation shall be individually Assigned a full Felony 
Punishment.
