I submit a tweaked tweak:

#1 In the Chess Match Purchase Action, change

to

{{ is queued to be created }}

#2 Add this Field Object to the end of the current Chess Match:

Field Object: ChessMaster

Invokable Action: Distribute
Trigger: A Game Action by the owner
Effect: Attempt to create all new Field Objects that are queued to be 
created; clear that queue.

Invokable Action: Find The MoP
Trigger: A Game Action by the owner while the Ministry of Play is not vacant
Effect: The ownership of this piece is changed to that of the current 
Minister of Play
