 I revise the proposal entitled "Default Punishment", to read like so:

If either BobTHJ's Proposal entitled "Fixing the Criminal Justice System" or
Codae's Proposal entitled "Fix Convictions" Pass, do the following:

At the end of Rule 4E54, add a paragraph that reads:

If a Priest fails to assign a punishment to a Player when obligated to do
so, a fine equal to the geometric mean of the minimum and maximum
punishments for the Crime that Player has been found guilty of, rounded to
the next highest integer, shall be applied.
