I Submit the following Proposal, entitled "Fix Player-Outsider-External Force Stuff":

In Rule 4E4, replace
{
The External Force making the request becomes a Player
}
with
{
A projection of the External Force into the game becomes a Player
}

Any Player that is a External Force instead becomes a projection into the game of that External Force.
